I worked on a ground-up redesign of SMART Technologies’ customer support site, leading the UX design, as part of a cross-functional group involving the web team, documentation group, marketing, customer experience and customer support departments.
Hagopian Ink is an award-winning NYC design agency that works with luxury and global brands including Armani Exchange, Mercedes-Benz, PepsiCo and Lancôme. We created their brand-new responsive site using HTML5/CSS3, web video and SVG.
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the CBC’s flagship Hockey Night In Canada TV broadcast, they commissioned a second-screen application that provided real-time NHL updates and allowed viewer participation with contests and minigames.
From 2007-2008 I worked for Stock-Trak, a maker of online stock market trading simulations. One part of the business was aimed at the educational market, and a new part was a consumer-oriented trading game, Wall Street Survivor.
