Projects included accessibility evaluation, reporting, and redesign for internal enterprise tools including improvements to the single-sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) processes, and then working on the consumer side of experience design, working on bringing data-heavy investment portfolio views into WCAG 2.2 compliance. Tools included Figma and AMP (Accessibility Management Platform), Jira and Confluence.

Central States Funds is the Teamsters union pension and healthcare management nonprofit located in Chicago, Illinois. I worked on several projects to improve their internal CRM tools, including creating and extending a Figma-based design system and component library; creating wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototype screenflows.

Hitachi ID Systems in Calgary, Alberta was, at the time I worked there, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Data Systems. They make highly technically nerdy products for enterprise identity management. I helped them improve their product line with user research, interface and interaction design, and information architecture, and began work on a living style guide project for a unified front-end framework.

As a Senior UX Designer in the web development team at SMART Technologies, I worked on several large, complex responsive redesigns of the Support, Careers, Training, and Reseller sections of the company site, as well as creating an atomic pattern library, usability and accessibility guidelines. The Support site was a year-long project that involved a cross-functional team of the VP of Customer Experience, the head of Support, the Documentation and Web teams, creating a custom information architecture to find product information and documentation, support request forms, and more.
